Welcome to the official website of Lorene Andrews,
sculptor and illustrator since 1984 ...

I will always remember the first time I used my artistic talent to get out of a school assignment. While I created a spring theme bulletin board for a teacher in 4th grade, my fellow students had a writing assignment I didn't have to do. I went on to graduate from Columbus College of Art and Design in 1984 with a degree in illustration.

I sculpt and paint, illustrate children's books, do commissioned pieces for individuals and companies, and enjoy various other jobs, including picture framing and wood burning.

In 1989, I discovered wood.
